Young Labour Campaign for votes at 16
The latest meeting of the National Policy Forum in Warwick saw members voting to recommend voting at 16 to be part of the next Labour manifesto. Congratulations to all the Youth Reps on the NPF who managed to get this passed.
Steph Peacock, Youth Rep on the NEC called it evidence of Labour 'listening to young people and their youth organizations'. The Campaign will now go on to Annual Conference where it must be ratified.
